RAS Exam
RAS is a state-level examination held for the recruitment of civil officers at various posts in administrative services, police services, revenue services, etc., in Rajasthan. RAS is one of the most sought-after government job exams in the state, and its popularity is evident in the increasing number of candidates that register for the exam every year. More than 6 lakh candidates registered for the RAS exam in 2021.
There are three stages in the RPSC RAS Examination, to crack the RAS examination, candidates must follow the latest exam pattern and syllabus prescribed by RPSC. RAS is one of the most sought-after examinations in the state. This is evident through the increasing number of applicants year after year.
RJS Exam
The exam is open to all Indian legal graduates between 21 to 40 years of age. There are three stages in the selection process for RJS, RJS Prelims, RJS Mains, and viva-voce/interview round. The knowledge of Civil law and Criminal law, along with 10th and 12th standard English and Hindi language, is integral to cracking the first two stages of RJS. As for the viva-voce/interview round, candidates must be well versed in the social customs and dialects of Rajasthan. Their confidence and spontaneity will also be judged in this round.
Rajasthan Judicial Services or RJS exam is held to fill vacancies/posts in the Civil Judge Cadre in the state. The exam is conducted annually by the Rajasthan High Court and is one of the most sought-after exams in the legal profession.
