The Standard Examination in High School Science (SEHSS) is a prestigious and rigorous Science and Mathematics competition in India, aimed at identifying and nurturing talented young scientists. It is conducted by the Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT) to recognize and felicitate the brilliant young minds of the nation.
SEHSS 2025 serves as the first step toward participation in the Orientation Camp for Science Excellence (OCSE). The top 25 students from each of the five zones—East, West, North, South, and Central—will be shortlisted for a 10-day OCSE camp focused on academic excellence in both theoretical and experimental science.
