Scholarship Rules

1. Scholarship Eligibility Criteria are mentioned in the relevant Course Page of this Information Booklet and on our Website.
2. Student has to Apply Online to avail Scholarship benefit in Course Fee. To apply visit  www.allen.ac.in/FormStatus.
3. Student has to upload all the required Documents, in Original, for Verification as mentioned below.
4. Scholarship requests made verbally or through phone/email shall not be entertained in any case.
5. Online Applications for Scholarship will be processed in next 24-72 hours from the date of Application.
6. Last date to submit Scholarship Application Form is 30/09/2026. No application for scholarship thereafter shall be accepted in any case.

1. Students of whom Result of XII Board 2026 / NEET (UG) 2026 / JEE (Main) 2026 / JEE Advanced 2026 is awaited at the time of Admission can also Apply for Scholarship at later stage (before last date) with the below mentioned documents.
2. In case of Applying for Scholarship after taking Admission you can avail scholarship either:
1. At the time of paying 2nd or 3rd Instalment Amount
2. By applying for Scholarship Disbursement.
3. Disbursement of Scholarship will be credited in Father / Mother / Student Bank Account by September 2026 or 1 month from the date of Application (whichever is later) through NEFT / RTGS only. For this cancelled Cheque or bank passbook first page copy along with scholarship documents are required to be uploaded by the student while applying Online for Scholarship.
4. Scholarship provided on the basis of Class XII (result declared in 2026) will be provided in Current Academic Session (2026-27) only.
5. Scholarship provided on the basis of CBSE XII Board / ICSE XII Board (TS04, TS06, MS04 and MS06) will be counted on the basis of aggregate of all subjects as mentioned in Mark sheet.
6. Scholarship provided on the basis of NEET (UG) 2026 / JEE (Main) 2026 / JEE (Advanced) 2026 will be provided only in Current Academic Session (2026-27) only.
7. Scholarship awarded in ASAT will be on the basis of student’s performance.
8. The Scholarship amount will be calculated on either: Total amount, if Course Fee is paid in Instalments, OR Lumpsum, if Course Fee is paid in one-time payment.
9. Scholarship for siblings will be available only for real brother / sister (s).
10. A student is eligible for only one scholarship at a time, No two criteria can be clubbed to avail deduction in Fee at ALLEN.

Note: Student must carry His / Her valid photo ID proof (Preferably Aadhaar Card) in Original as well as in Photocopy.
