Refund Rules

How to Apply for Refund

  1. Last Date to Apply for First Refund and Last Refund and Amount Deductible in First Refund Case and Last Refund Case (towards Administrative & Academic Expenses) is mentioned on the Fee Receipt/Acknowledgement and on our website.
  2. Students must submit an Online Application for the course fee refund. Visit:allen.in/student-refund to apply.
  3. Refund requests made verbally or through phone/email shall not be entertained in any case.
  4. Refund Application in the prescribed format will be accepted after the student submit Original Fee Receipt, ALLEN Identity Card & Attendance Card/Permission Card. No refund will be made after the Last Refund Date, except for special cases as below.
  5. Refund will be credited in the Father / Mother / Student Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only.
  6. Refund rules are SAME even
    1. If a student joins The class after the commencement date or
    2. If a student doesn't join or attend even a single class at all or
    3. If a student applies for a refund before the commencement of the class.

Refund in Special Case After Last Refund Date

  1. If a Student enrolled in JEE (Main+Advanced) or JEE Main Courses gets Admission in any Engineering College (for which he has taken Admission) located in India for B.Tech. / B.E. / B.Arch only through any Competitive Examination, refund will be made after deducting amount equivalent to Last Refund amount out of Fee Paid. Refund shall not be payable if the amount paid is less than the amount equivalent to the Last Refund amount.
  2. (i) If a student enrolled in Pre-Medical Courses gets Admission in any Government Medical College located in India for MBBS only through any Competitive Examination, refund will be made after deducting 25% of the Final Fee paid after the scholarships. Refund shall not be payable if Fee paid is less than the 25% of the Final Fee.

    (ii) Student enrolled in Pre-Medical Courses get Admission in any Medical College (other than Government) located in India for MBBS / BDS only through any Competitive Examination, refund will be made after deducting amount equivalent to Last Refund amount out of Fee Paid. Refund shall not be payable if Fee paid is less than the Last Refund amount.
  3. Refund of fee will be applicable only for the aforesaid courses. Refund will not be made for B.Pharma / B.YNS / B. Physiotherapy / B.VSc., B.Sc. and other Courses.
  4. Last date for such special case refund is 30/09/2026.
  5. The following documents must be submitted (in offline) along with the prescribed Refund Application Form.
    1. Photo Copy Of College Allotment / Counselling Letter
    2. Final Fee Receipt Of College Admission
    3. College ID Card / Hostel Fee Receipt
    4. Result Of the Entrance Exam For College Admission
    5. Original Fee Receipt Of Allen
    6. Identity Card Of Allen
    7. Attendance Card / Permission Card Of Allen
  6. Refund application on the grounds of severe disease may be considered by the management committee, after passing the Last Refund date on submission of Medical Prescription / Report.

Important Points

  1. Admission in a particular course at a particular location is subject to the availability of seats.
  2. Keep your fee receipt/acknowledgement safely, in many cases, it will work as an authentic proof of your registration at ALLEN.
  3. After Fee Deposition, students must complete the Face Registration process or collect the Attendance Card by showing Original Fee Receipt/Acknowledgement.
  4. After completing the Admission process student's Batch & Campus details will be sent to him/her by SMS on Father’s / Mother’s Mobile number, 1 day before class commencement. After that, he/she has to report in the Campus along with his/her Attendance Card/Permission Card on the date & time as specified in SMS.
  5. After Fee Deposition Course/Phase/Stream/Study Center Change is permissible (subject to availability of seat and performance of the student) on payment of the prescribed fee as per the list given below, along with the difference of Course Fee :

  6. After deposition of the fee, following charges are applicable for :

    Batch Change 500/-
    Duplicate ID Card 200/-
  7. If a student fails to deposit 2nd Installment on or before the Last Date mentioned in Information Booklet, late fee @ 50/- per day will be charged (in addition to Fee) upto 30 days. After this the admission shall be treated cancelled without any prior information & refund of fee.
    *Days will be counted from class commencement date.
