S16, S17 1. Photocopy of AIEEE 2010 Admit Card along with Original Admit Card for verification.

S18, S19,  S20, S21 Photocopy of ALLEN I-Card (previous year) along Original I-Card for verification.
S22, S23, S24 No Document is required. This scholarship will be awarded on the basis of student’s cumulative performance, conduct, attendance & discipline during the first year (Nurture Course).
How to Apply for ASPS :
1 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM is available on demand at Front Office and can also be downloaded from website.
2 To avail the scholarship, student has to produce required documents as above within one month of course commencement or date of X / XII class result declaration (whichever is later) at our Accounts Department at Corporate Office, Indra Vihar, Kota.
3 Students for whom the X or XII Board Result is awaited at the time of Admission can also apply for scholarship at later stage with all the above documents, if eligible.
ASPS Rules :
1. A student has to deposit the Total Course Fee (1st Installment in case of IIT-JEE, Pre-Medical) to become eligible for any scholarship.
2. Scholarship will be awarded through Account Payee Cheque only in the name of student.
3. For NURTURE Course (Classroom Contact Programme) student, the scholarship will be provided only in FIRST Academic Session. Regular fee shall be applicable during second year.
4 Scholarship S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 & S6 is applicable for Board Result in current session(2010) only.
5 Scholarship S7 & S8 is applicable for NURTURE Course only.
6 Scholarship S18, S19, S20 & S21 is not applicable for Distance Learning Programmes.
A Student is eligible for only one scholarship at a time ; no two criteria can be clubbed to avail scholarship (ASPS) at ALLEN.
