How to Apply
  • Send completely filled Application Form along with requisite enclosures through registered post / courier or it can also be submitted in person at our Corporate Office.
  • Do not send TEMPORARY IDENTITY CARD, fill it and keep it with you, this will be used to appear in Entrance Test. After selection bring it with you at the time of fee deposition.
  • Completely filled Application Form should reach us at least two days in advance of Entrance Test Date.
  • Students applying for NURTURE (Phase-I & Phase-II) and LEADER (Phase-II) are required to also send completely filled OPTION FORM (provided with Application Form) to indicate the Date of Entrance Test he/she wish to appear.
Entrance Test Result
  • Will be declared on the date mentioned in Date Chart.
  • Will be displayed on Institute’s Notice Boards.
  • Will also be posted on our website www.allen.ac.in

  • Will also be sent through SMS to the successful candidates on Mobile No. 1 as filled in Application Form.

Payment Mode of FEE

  • Fee is acceptable only through Single Crossed Demand Draft / Pay-Order of requisite amount. Refer Fee Chart

  • Demand Draft / Pay-Order should be in favour of "ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE, KOTA" from Nationalized Bank, payable at Kota (Rajasthan).

  • Student must write his/her Name & Application Form Number on the back side of Demand Draft / Pay-Order.

  • Fee will not be accepted by cheque / at-par-cheque / Cash in any case.

Fee Deposition Procedure
Those who qualify the Entrance Test are required to deposit Fee by any of the following means.

  • By Post : You may send your completely filled Fee Challan along with Demand Draft through post / courier. Make sure that your FEE must be received at our Corporate Office by last date of fee deposition.

  • By Hand : Fee can be deposited by candidate in person with the following enclosures.
    a. Temporary Identity Card
    b. Completely filled Fee Challan.
    c. Single Crossed Demand Draft / Pay-Order for Total Fee according to the option opted.
For IIT-JEE [ Enthusiast Course ] / PRE-MEDICAL [All Courses] / AIEEE [ All Courses ]
How to Apply
  • Send completely filled Application Form along with Fee Challan and Demand Draft of Requisite Amount of fee through registered post / courier or it can also be submitted in person at our Corporate Office.
  • Do not send TEMPORARY IDENTITY CARD, fill it and keep it with you, this will be used to attend classes till you get permanent Laminated I-Card.
  • Completely filled Application Form and Fee should reach us by last date of Fee deposition. (Refer Date Chart)

Important Information after FEE DEPOSITION [ All Courses ]

  • After completing the Admission process your Batch Details & Batch Sticker Collection Time will be sent to you by SMS on Mobile No. 1,
    specified by you in OMR Application Form.

  • After that you have to report in institute along with your TEMPORARY IDENTITY CARD to get the batch sticker,
    at the date & time specified through SMS.

  • This TEMPORARY IDENTITY CARD will be used to attend classes till you get permanent Laminated I-Card.

  • About TEMPORARY IDENTITY CARD
    For TEST SERIES / JOINT PACKAGE Course : Keep completely filled Temporary Identity Card with you (do not send it along with form) and bring it at your opted Test Center on FIRST TEST Day.
    For STUDY MATERIAL Course : This Card is Not Applicable for these students.
