Yes, a student has to be appeared in Entrance exam if he applies for NURTURE & LEADER Course of IIT-JEE. And for Enthusiast Course (xii undergoing) there is no entrance exam. In Pre-Medical Courses there are no entrance exams for admission in particular courses In AIEEE Courses there are no entrance exams for admission in particular courses. First Come First serve basis only.

Q. Which medium do you follow under your academic system ? 
A. Both Hindi & English & we have separate batches for a particular medium.
Q. Do you prefer any specific board syllabus during coaching ? 
A. We covers almost complete syllabus which is going to be asked in various medical / engineering competitive exams.
Q. What about the timings and duration of classes ? 
A. Batch wise classes will be held in Morning or Evening sessions. Total Duration of Classes is 6:00 Hrs.

Q. What about SCHOOL EDUCATION for Class XI & XII  ?
A.

The institute provides coaching for IIT-JEE, PRE-MEDICAL, and AIEEE preparation. A student enrolled in the course of Class-XI & XII (NURTURE / ENTHUSIAST) for IIT-JEE / PRE-MEDICAL / AIEEE Coaching for the current session in ALLEN will have to take admission in a CBSE (New Delhi) / Raj. Board (Ajmer) affiliated school in Kota City. There are several schools in Kota (both CBSE & Rajasthan Board affiliated) where students can be enrolled. The schools separately charge for fees uniform etc. If a student who has qualified the Entrance Test and intends to join ALLEN, the institute may extend assistance in school admission if required by the student but the role of the institute will be like a facilitator in this process. The entire process of admission in the school shall have to be completed by the student/guardian/parents only. It is expected from the student to attend the classes & to do the practical on regular basis and to appear in the examinations as directed by the school. The student should also follow the rules & regulations as framed by the school.
Q. As I am studying in CBSE affiliated school will it be possible if I want to get admission in CBSE School in Kota ? or I have to change my school education board ?
A. As far as school education is concerned, it is the matter which is to be solved by student himself. We can give some schools references where he can get the admission.
Q. I am from English medium school and I have heard that all the `Rajasthan Boards Schools' have the Hindi Medium only, is it so ? 
A. In Raj. Board's Schools, Classes are being conducted in both Hindi & English medium. Students can give the choice to write the final examination in Hindi or English at the time of admission in the school.

Q. Can I get the application form by post ? 
A. Yes , you can have it through post also, by sending a demand draft in favour of `ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE" Payable at Kota.
Q. Is there any hostel facility provided by institute ? 
A. ALLEN does not own any hostels, however many girls/boys hostels, PG (Paying Guest Accommodations) are available in the vicinity of ALLEN; you can make your selection by visiting them when you arrive at Kota. The charges made by them are according to the facilities and infrastructure provided by them. A list of such hostels, PG Accommodations is also available at ALLEN Students Welfare Society .
Q. In how many exams a student can appear after coaching ? 
A. Student can appear in all the IIT-JEE, PRE-MEDICAL, AIEEE exams which are being conducted on All India Basis as well as in State Exams for which he fulfills the eligibility conditions. And for more and accurate information related to All India and State level exams student should consult the Pre-Medical/Engineering Counseling division.
Q. Is there any Uniform for the students ?
A. Yes , there is a uniform for all the Classroom Course Students only. 
Q. If a student change his school education board from any other board to Rajasthan board then, will he get opportunity to take Rajasthan Pre Medical test ? 
A. No, he cannot appear in RPMT exam until & unless he fulfills its eligibility criteria. 
Q.  Is there any reservation for category students or girls students in admission for coaching ? 
A. No, there is no reservation policy for admission in ALLEN.
Q. Is there any advantage to the students of a particular board for AIPMT/Pre-Medical Exam Preparation ? 
A. Not precisely! Initially students of some particular board may feel some stress of studies but it dilutes as the time elapses. And after some times, the board factor completely goes away. However, it may vary from student to student depending on his/her potential and the ability. In addition to this we do not have bias for any specific board. We are having students of almost all the boards like CBSE, ICSE and various states boards and our Teaching Methodology takes care of all such students.
Q. What about the vacations during the course ? 
A. Vacation is applicable only for Raksha Bandhan (For NURTURE Course Students only) & Deepawali (For All Courses)
Q. How can parents know about the academic performance and test result of their wards ? 
A. After every five tests, a performance report is sent to the parents. Parents can also enquire about their ward's progress by telephone or through email or through our website.
Q. How can I check the performance of my ward using your website?
A. Visit our website www.allen.ac.in . Now select the Stream of your ward from the above options i.e. IIT-JEE / PRE-MEDICAL / AIEEE / 8th9th10th. After selecting the stream you will find periodic test results button under the second column. Now you may choose the session of your ward and click on the Classroom Contact Programme (CCP) / Distance Learning Programme(DLP). The new page will ask you for the Course Name and the Form Number i.e. ALLEN Roll No. of your ward. After filling up the requirements click on the submit button which will redirect you to the periodic test result page. On this page please click on the objective test result button which will give the complete analysis of your ward’s performance.
