our Nurture Course

Boarder must obey the
rules and guidelines as
amended by the ALLEN
management from time to
time |
|
2. |
Boarders are not
permitted to disturb
their floor mates
similarly they are not
allowed to roam in
corridors and chatting
on mobile loudly. |

3. |
Boarders have to pay the
accommodation charges as
framed by respective
hostels before 5th of
every month. |
|
4. |
Selection for Kohinoor
scheme is purely on
academic performance and
it is sole right of
ALLEN to decide/define
criteria for the same. |

5. |
Scholarship criteria is
fixed for the boarders
although it may be
amended from time to
time. It is purely and
strictly based on the
rank secured by the
boarder in their phase |

6. |
Boarders are not allowed
to take their friends/
batch mates in their
rooms or inside hostel
premises without prior
permission from the
concerned wardens. They
must obey and respect
the warden of the
concerned. They are also
not permitted to visit
market / any other place
after 7 PM. They are
however permitted to
visit ALLEN if they are
having extra class if
any. |

If boarders is not
performing academically
according to aforesaid
norms as governed by the
allen, he/she may be
asked to vacate the
hostel. He/She will be
informed in advance for
time duration of one
month. (Security deposit
will be refunded) |

8. |
Parents are permitted to
visit and stay with
their wards once in a
2/3 months duration with
prior permission in
advance. A nominal L & B
charges will be payable
for it as per respective
hostel rules. |
