online application is
Rs.900/- (for gen
category, OBC & DS
students) and Rs
450/- [ for female (any
category) SC/ST,
physically disabled ].
The respective offline
application fees are Rs
1000/- and Rs 500/- |

more than one
application form will
not be considered and
his/her candidature for
JEE 2011 will stand
cancelled. |

If candidate applies
through offline then
darken the bubbles
corresponding to the
letters and numerals
using HB pencil only. |

passport size
(3.5x4.5cm) Color

write your name and
application number on
the back of the

Put your signature using
Black ink pen with in
the provided box. It
should be in Running
hand not in capital
letters, otherwise it may
lead to rejection of

Please note that your
name, your
parent’s/guardian’s name
and your date of birth
should exactly be same
as given in your high
school or your first
board (10th class)
examination certificate. |

Candidate must give two
center choices (cities)
for JEE from the Same
IIT Zone. |

Candidate must enclose
an attested copy of 10th
class certificate.
Candidate who belongs to
SC/ST category should
enclose an attested copy
of category certificate
with the application
form. |

The IIT JEE application
form must be sent by
Registered Post/ Speed
post only before 20th
Dec. It must not be sent
through ordinary post
& through private Courier. |

Incomplete IIT-JEE
application form or
application filled in a
language other than
English will not be
accepted. Do not forget
to note down the
application form number
for any future reference
or correspondence. Also
keep a photocopy of the
filled in IIT JEE 2011
application form for
your future record/reference. |
