1. Get APPLICATION FORM
  Mode-1 : Click Here To Apply Online
Mode-2 : Send an Account Payee DD / Pay-order (payable at Kota) of Rs. 500/- in favour of "ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE, KOTA" to get Application Form by Post.
Mode-3 : Collect Application Form from our Authorised Form Issue Counters on cash payment of Rs. 500/- only.
2. Apply for IIT-JEE NURTURE & LEADER Course
  Send completely filled-in Application Form along with requisite enclosures through registered post / courier or it can also be submitted in person at our
Corporate Office.
Completely filled-in Application Form should reach us at least two days before the Entrance Test Date.
Generate & print your Entrance Test Admit Card from our website and affix a recent passport size color photograph on it and bring the same at the opted test
center.
Note:
1. Without Admit Card you will not be able to appear in entrance test.
2. For admission in a phase, student may appear in any one Entrance Test conducted before the date of Course Commencement.
3. Students applying for IIT-JEE Nurture / Leader Course may deposit their fee only after qualifying the Entrance Test. For details please refer to Point No. 3.
3.  Apply for Other Courses
  Send completely filled Application Form along with requisite enclosures through registered post / courier or it can also be submitted in person at our
Corporate Office.
Completely filled Application Form should reach us at least two days in advance of course commencement date.
4.  Deposit Fee
  Student may deposit their fee through any of these modes defined below.
Mode-1
a. Fee is acceptable only through Single Crossed Demand Draft / Pay-Order of requisite amount.

b. Demand Draft / Pay-Order should be in favour of "ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE, KOTA" from Nationalized Bank, payable at Kota (Raj.).

c. Student must write his/her Name, Mobile No., Application Form Number & Course Code on the back side of Demand Draft / Pay-Order.

d. BY POST: Demand Draft can be sent through post / courier. Make sure that FEE must be received at our Corporate Office two days before the course commencement date.

e. BY HAND: To deposit demand draft by hand at our kota corporate office, first the student has to collect a pre-printed fee challan from our office and fill it carefully, thereafter it has to be deposited along with Demand Draft at our Fee Deposition Counter (in case of Pre-Nurture: "SAMANVAYA, C-210/2, Talwandi Kota).
Mode-2
Fee can also be deposited at any of Central Bank of India / Axis Bank Branches after downloading Fee Challan from our website www.allen.ac.in ( for IIT-JEE Nurture / Leader Course students challan printing is applicable only after the selection in Entrance Test )
Mode-3
Fee can also be deposited through Net Banking facility available at our website.
Mode-4
Fee can also be deposited at KOTA Corporate office by swiping Credit Card / Debit Card.

5. After fee deposition student must collect their Attendance Card by showing the fee receipt.
6. Permanent Laminated Photo Identity Card will be available before first test date.
7. After completing the Admission process, student's Batch Details will be sent to him/her by SMS on Mobile No. as specified by him/her in Application Form. After that he/she has to report in the Institute along with his/her Attendance Card, at the date & time specified in SMS.
