How to Apply
  1. Submit completely filled Application Form along with requisite enclosures like Permanent Identity Card, Fee Challan & Single Crossed Demand Draft / Pay-Order of requisite amount of fee at :“SAMANVAYA”, C-210/2, Talwandi, Kota
  2. Completely filled Application Form should be submitted at least two days before course commencement date.
  3. Fee will not be accepted by cheque / at-par-cheque / cash in any case.
  4. Demand Draft / Pay-Order should be in favour of “ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE, KOTA” from Nationalized Bank, payable at Kota (Rajasthan).
  5. Student must write his/her Name & Application Form Number on the back side of Demand Draft / Pay-Order.

General Information
Utility Kit After completion of admission process students will be provided utility kit containing bag, pen & key chain from the institute free of cost
Identity Card Permanent Laminated identity card will be provided to each student after admission.
The Classes
  1. Morning Session: During Summer Vacations 7:00 am onwards 2. Evening Session: 3:30 p.m. onwards
  2. Three classes of one hour duration will be held alternate days.
  3. During summer vacations classes will be held daily for 4 hours.
  4. There will be periodic test on alternate sunday and regular classes on remaining sundays.
  5. Revision Classes / Special Classes are also arranged for few selected topics for the benefit of students (if required)
Study Material Study Material will be provided for each topic.
Problem Solving Session After the class, students can discuss individual problems related to the topic covered in the class. Lecturers are also available at problem solving counters as per the time schedule displayed on notice boards.
Periodic Tests & Result We conduct periodic Minor / Major Tests based on various NTSE / STSE / NSTSE / Olympiad / School & Board Examinations to evaluate the performance of students. Result of each test is provided to the students.
